Looks like business is booming in Knightsbridge as Marcus Wareing prepares to open the doors of his restaurant at the Berkeley hotel for lunch on Saturday for the first time in four years.
Wareing will be offering a five course lunch menu at £58 or the Tasting Menu at £98 (with matching wines for £85 or fine wines for £195) for lunch every Saturday, 12pm – 3pm, from 20 October 2012.
And - if you're already thinking about how to avoid being stuck at the in-laws this Christmas, get in early by booking a table at Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley for Christmas lunch. Their festive tasting menu with the sommelier’s selection of matching wines is £350 per person, which for some will be a price well worth paying to avoid soggy sprouts and Aunt Ethel's rendition of Silent Night.
