They've joined up before for the oyster shucking bar at the recent RAW wine fair and now Elliot's and RAW are back together for a burger bar pop-up in Borough Market.
The burger at Elliot's has been a huge hit, but normally only available at lunchtimes. Now, launching from 6pm tonight and running until August 12, there will be a pop up burger bar will be inside Elliot's itself, serving burgers alongside wines supplied by RAW. The burgers are described as “outfitted in the manner of French onion soup” (no, we're not sure exactly what that means either) with a “plump patty of aged beef, beer-braised onions, aged Comté and linseed brioche bun brushed with acidulated dill butter".
From £15, you'll get a burger, chips and a glass of wine from the regularly changing natural wine list - available both to eat in and take away.
Elliot's is at 12 Stoney Street, open 6 pm to midnight (except Mondays). The burger bar will run from July 27 to August 12.
