Dehesa in Soho extend terrace and introduce weekly barbecues

dehesaWhile the weather holds, you should think about popping down for the first Basque-style barbecue from Salt Yard Group's Dehesa on Ganton Street, just off Carnaby Street, tonight. They've just extended their outside terrace on to Kingly Street as well, making it the largest terrace in Soho apparently.

The really good news is you can book ahead and request a terrace table, so unless they're jam-packed you know you're in with a good chance of having your outdoors table sorted. According to the group's executive Chef Ben Tish, tonight they'll be doing barbecue Cornish squid with heritage tomato, shallot, capers and marjoram with alioli and barbeque Hereford beef with jersey royals smoked on the barbeque and salsa verde. They'll also be serving up some barbecue yellow peaches with honey and mascarpone.

The weekly changing barbecue menu will also be available to view on the Dehesa website.
