Celebrate National Pisco Sour Day in London's bars and restaurants

piscosourPerfectly timed for the first day after dry January National Pisco Sour Day is, if nothing else, a great reason to go and enjoy one of our favourite drinks around London today. Places doing something special include:

Coya - which offers infusions of Pisco in their basement bar - choose from Mango, Pineapple, Pear, Strawberry, Passion Fruit and Raspberry.

New club Chakana on Orchard Street (just off Oxford St) has a Pisco Punch made with homemade spiced pineapple syrup and topped with Möet & Chandon Champagne. We've no idea how much it costs, but it's safe to say it's probably not the cheapest way to enjoy Pisco today.

If you're in Soho, Chotto Matte serves up a Macera do de pisco, featuring Corn infused pisco, lime, sugar syrup, egg white and Angostura bitters.

Down at Martin Morales new Shoreditch spot Andina they're holding a Pisco Sour masterclass today at 4pm. It lasts about an hour - there's room for 20 and it's completely free, but you must book. And at his original restaurant Ceviche there's a new Pink Pisco Sour drink on the menu until tomorrow.

Best of all, if you dine out at LIMA today - you'll get a completely free Pisco Sour. You're welcome.
