Just the ticket on a blustery day like today, is this so-on-trend-it-hurts bone broth on offer at newly opened Charlotte Street pop-up The Wild Game Co. Made from boiling animal bones for a long period of time with seasonal vegetables. When the bones are boiled long enough, they apparently start to disintegrate, releasing nutrients and proteins like calcium phosphate and collagen.
The bone broth at The Wild Game Co. costs £3.50 and you can buy healthy add-ons such as shitake mushrooms, ginger, garlic and lemon thyme.
