The new development at Broadgate, launching in April, continues to get some interesting sites. The latest is a permanent home for Beany Green coffee (they've had a kiosk in the area for a while) plus it will be their largest yet and have more food too.
Alongside the coffee, there will be a new healthy all-day food menu with a big focus on brunch-style food. So you can expect:
- Gluten free Broccoli Bread topped with avocado, poached eggs and tofu mayonnaise
- Banana Bread Sandwich
- Full Bondi (full English breakfast with avocado & lemon).
- Ginger Pig lean beef sliders and Bacon Wrap (crispy bacon, fried eggs, chilli pesto, mature cheddar pesto and spinach)
Their lunch counter will have daily-changing salads (by Ottolenghi-trained Executive Chef Tricia Jadoonanan and prepared in-house), handmade protein balls and toasted spinach wraps.. There's also Beany Green’s Detox Box (three raw salads plus spicy vegan Beany Ball and tofu mayonnaise) to take away too.
