The second Auction Against Hunger moved from last year's poolside location at Shoreditch House to the decidedly more hip setting of Street Feast in Dalston. And what an evening it was. We had DJ-ing by Richard Jones of the Feeling and his wife Sophie Ellis Bextor, we had the lovely Gizzi Erksine and Tim Hayward as our comperes and a whole host of some of Britain's best chefs and restaurants turning out some amazing dishes.

The evening's antics - together with the next day's online auction here on Hot Dinners - raised a whopping total of £105,089.00 to help the fight against child hunger. Which is an amazing figure. Here's our gallery - taken before we fell prey to the delicious but lethal Jose Cuervo frozen margaritas - of what went down on the night.
