We do love a good pizza special here at Hot Dinners, and this team up between Cannon & Cannon and Pizza Pilgrims fits the bill nicely. It's the classic meat-feast pizza, but made just a little bit more British. It's been reinvented with all British cured meats from Cannon & Cannon, including:
- Seaweed & Cider Salami, Cornish Charcuterie - from Cornwall
- Blood, Wine & Choc Salami - from Monmouthshire
- Rosemary & Garlic Salami - from Moons Green, Kent
- Cornish Coppa - from Cornish Charcuterie, Cornwall
Each quarter will feature one of the meats and even the base is covered with melted smoked lardo from Trealy farm in Wales. We'd like one now, please (but will have to wait until September).
