French chef Alix André and his Singaporean wife Christabel are behind this popular Covent Garden bakery. Alix trained under Ducasse at the Dorchester and Alan Yau at Yauatcha and the bakery serves traditional French patisserie with unconventional twists. Their sablés tin is available on Slerp and consists of 16 biscuits in flavours as diverse as Toasted Coconut, Sesame Kinako and Matcha Supreme.

Baked By Steph
London baker Stephanie Giordano used to work in the fashion industry, but now her passion project is her full-time job. With a kitchen based in East London, she makes cookies that stand out from the crowd. We particularly love her Line of Duty specials and Gavin & Stacey inspired treats.

Best friends Chelsie Collins and Kristelle Levy are behind Blondie's Kitchen which specialises in American-style cookies - think flavours like Bueno From The Block & We're Nut Fudging Around. They send out everything from giant personalised cookies to cookie dough kits and more. Their newest, and most dangerous addition, are their mini cookie boxes.

Chewy Cookie
Bakers Mathew and Andrew met while working in Melbourne and decided to return to London to set up their own business. Chewy Cookie is all about quality, ethically sourced cookies. The doughs are aged for 24 hours before baking (and we can attest to how great they taste). They deliver mainly in South London and options include cookies like Rye, malt and chocolate chip, Orange with miso and macadamia along with White Chocolate with goji berries . You can find their cookies at newly-opened Nostsos Coffee in Battersea.

Executive Chef Damien Leroux trained in classic French patisserie under Alain Ducasse at Le Louis XV in Monaco & The Dorchester in London. Now he sends out oh-so-Instagrammable giant chocolate cookies across London. The white chocolate miso ones are particularly gorgeous.

Floozie Cookie

Floozie Cookie founder, pastry chef Kimberly Lin, has a CV that includes Claridge’s, The Savoy and Dominique Ansel Bakery. She’s made a name for herself with Floozie which specialises in vegan stuffed cookies. Options might include Pecan Pie - butterscotch cookie dough, topped with toasted pecans and stuffed with date caramel.

Humbledough
Where: Unit 33, Boxpark, 2-10 Bethnal Green Rd, London E1 6GY
Billed as London's first vegan cookie scratch bakery, all of Humbledough’s goodies are vegan and gluten-free. They make everything in house, and if you pop along to their shop at Boxpark in Shoreditch you can order cookie dough pots or cookie ice-cream sandwiches. For delivery, it’s all about the cookies in flavours like maple roast pecan and Black Forest gateau. They also do bake at-home kits.
