Stuck at home over the past year it's been easy to forget how beautiful a city London really is. Happily, the terraces and dining room at the OXO Tower have the view to remind you, looking out over the Thames and across to St Paul's. Both outside terraces have been weatherproofed to withstand anything the British summer can throw at you. Whether you're tucking into roast salmon and Jersey Royals in the brasserie, truffled burrata in the restaurant or sipping a Melba Daiquiri in the bar, you'll have a backdrop to die for.
When rain is promised
Harvey Nichols Fifth Floor Café
Flooded with light (but protected from the rain) this rooftop café has a fabulous all-day menu from brunch dishes and lunchtime salads through to a perfect afternoon tea.

If you're hankering for Nantucket beach days but stuck in London, then a lobster roll at Burger & Lobster on the Fifth Floor is what you need.
