The excellent Jupiter Burger is heading inside for a spring pop-up in Tottenham

Up until now, the very, VERY good Jupiter Burger (from Greg Boyce, one of the people behind Dom's Subs) has only been available in Netil Market in London Fields. That's great in summer but less so in this so-called "spring" we're having. However, for two weeks they'll be actually going inside, taking over Pasero in Tottenham. 

Very much In-N-Out inspired, Jupiter Burger uses beef from Hill & Szrock butcher on Broadway Market, Martin's potato rolls (our own favourite) and their chips are from the legendary Pierre Koffmann's potatoes. You can expect the same tight menu that's available in the shack, so that's their standard cheeseburger, the Jupiter Burger (a double beef patty with shaved onions), the veggie burger and their twice-cooked fries. There are the odd specials too (and some are coming to the pop-up), and apparently they're planning a fruit pie for the occasion.

So, if you fancy trying Jupiter Burger in a slightly more comfortable setting, note the date.
