Over the past few years, we've seen a number of restaurants start up around the country before deciding to make it in the capital, like Six by Nico or Cin Cin, and now here comes another. Phat Buns can be found all over the North, but now they're opening their first London outpost in Bayswater (taking over from TinselTown).
Those Phat Buns are actually burgers, and mainly burgers you customise yourself. So you can take the basic Phat Burger (lettuce, cheese, house sauce) and add all manner of sides including mushrooms, onion rings, mac and cheese, halloumi, shoestring fries, cheese curd, turkey rashers and more. And on top of that maybe you could add a few more burger patties. Because why not?
if you're not feeling that inventive, they do have specials like burgers which incorporate cheesy Doritos or fiery Cheetos. On the side, meanwhile, there's loaded chips or tater tots (which you can also customise to your heart's content) as well as hot dogs, buffalo wings and more.
So if you're looking for a burger joint where you can just go crazy, this might be for you.
