London's already got a restaurant devoted to croquetas, so perhaps it isn't surprising that someone's now decided to open a Spanish restaurant specialising in tortilla.
Siblings Gabriel and Marta are the brains behind Broken Eggs which has been doing delivery for the past year. Now they're getting ready to open their first bricks and mortar operation with a restaurant in the heart of Fitzrovia.
There will be four gooey-in-the-middle tortillas on offer:
- Classic
- Courgette
- Jamon
- Chorizo with a melted Manchego centre
And you can also order those tortillas as a pinxto or in a boccadillo.
In addition to their eggy delights they'll also be serving up croquetas, Spanish cheese and charcuterie platters and - important one this - flan and Burnt Basque cheesecake for dessert.
There will be both boozy and alcohol-free versions of sangria on offer too.
