A new Camden restaurant is aiming to bring the best of Texas BBQ and Korean fried chicken to the canalside at Camden. The Korean Cowgirl first opened down in Faversham in Kent, where it made a big deal of its passion for Korean flavours and the low and slow Texan BBQ style.
So their menu features items like USDA Texas-style brisket & Korean BBQ sausage, smoked overnight for 15 hours alongside more mashed-up treats like candied brisket popcorn and soy and garlic chicken wings. There's an American smash burger alongside one with Korean fried chicken and key lime pie for dessert.
They're opening in the same building as student hotel The Stay Club.
