Back during the dark days of lockdown and early pandemic days, many people impressed with their ability to get new creations off the ground while still sticking by the rules (unlike certain people in power). One of those was Bus Stop BBQ, set up outside Brook House in Fulham to give barbecued treats to people while the pubs remained shut.
But now the pubs are open (and we expect them to be very busy this weekend), Bus Stop BBQ is coming back for a special Jubilee weekend pop-up.
The menu includes pulled Middle White pork shoulder, 14 hr smoked short rib and smoked hispi cabbage as well as fried chicken and a lobster roll. Their homemade lemonade will be making a comeback too. alongside beer from Siren Craft Brewery, English sparkling wines and more.
So if you're in the Fulham area this long weekend, you should definitely make plans to swing by.
