The Residency brings music and a veggie-friendly menu to Notting Hill

The Residency brings music and a veg-led menu to Notting Hill

Notting Hill is getting a new music-led restaurant and bar in the shape of The Residency.

It's opening on Westbourne Grove (taking over from the Gourmet Burger Kitchen site) and is promising a veggie-friendly menu with influences by both European & Caribbean cuisines by Head Chef Carniel Francis (previously Bentley's and Berners Tavern). On that menu, you'll find dishes like:

  • Ackee and saltfish arancini
  • Stuffed cabbage cake - filled with leek and onion cream and spinach
  • Heritage cauliflower salad with Israeli couscous, micro-herbs and lemongrass dressing
  • Rocket-infused gnocchi in fennel and celeriac foam
  • Bone Marrow Burger

From 7pm, Thursday - Saturday there will also be DJ sets, with regular guests planned throughout the year.
