MEATliquor's Clapham bar and diner is one of their biggest yet

MEATliquor's Clapham restaurant is their biggest yet

As they reach their 10th birthday, a new MEATliquor has arrived. This time they've opened in Clapham and it's a bit on the big side.

This venue (taking over what used to be The Yard) is going to be able to fit in around 300 folk - that's 170 inside, 90 outside and the rest standing - so it's definitely not your average MEATliquor. Inside, there are two bars, five big sports screens and they'll be having DJs and live music at the weekends. That's alongside a pool table (coming soon), photo booths and more.

Then there are their excellent burgers, including the Dead Hippie (of course) and also their newest, the 1924 (featuring blue cheese sauce and minced pickled onions). There are chicken burgers and plenty of veggie options too, like the Tempeh Tantrum - which has double club-cultured tempeh, mushroom and beetroot pattie, ‘cheese’, burger sauce and sprinkled with pickles. And all that's just scratching the surface of the menu.

Drinks-wise, all the usual cocktails are on offer and yes, there will be a "poke for Jägermeister" button on every table. Just remember not to go too mad with that...
