They've been delivery-only for a while, but now Eggs n Stuff are getting ready for their first foray into the real world with a three-month pop-up in Holloway.
Taking over the space next to The Horatia on Holloway Road (home of a few choice pop-ups), they're mainly about eggy brioche buns, including:
- Sausage, Egg and Cheese - British sausage patty, free-range Clarence Court egg, American cheese and house sauce
- Hash Brown, Egg and Cheese - Crispy fried hash brown, free-range Clarence Court Egg, American Cheese
- Turkey Bacon, Egg and Cheese (British turkey patty, free-range Clarence Court egg, American cheese and house sauce
- Egg and Cheese (Free-range Clarence Court Egg, American cheese, and house sauce
So if you fancy some fuel before (or after) a walk around Highbury Fields, it might be worth swinging by.
