We've said this before, but one of the good things to come out of the lockdown has been the growth of the make at home meal-kits. There are some cracking options out there - and this latest from excellent Mexican restaurant Santo Remedio looks like another winner.
They're launching the Remedy Kits - with the three kits centred around slow-cooked meats. On offer are:
- Bone-in Short Rib - 12-hour beef short rib, served with Mole negro (made with chocolate, chillies, nuts, seeds and dried fruits) .
- Barbecoa Lamb Shank - 8-hour slow-cooked lamb cooked according to a traditional barbacoa recipe
- Duck Carnitas - two confit duck legs to make your own duck carnitas tacos.
The kits (each £45) come with garnishes, Santo Remedio corn tortillas and sides including house-made black beans, citrusy potato salad, and crispy slaw.
