A new vegan pop-up is on the way for August. it's a team-up between By Chloe (vegan fast food) and Club Cultured who are all about fermentation and tempeh - a traditional Indonesian plant-based protein made from fermented soybeans.
They'll be popping up in Clapham (in the space which once held Kerbisher & Malt and The Mayfair Chippy) with a completely plant-based menu of brand new dishes
- Kimchini balls stuffed with vegan cheese, gochujang, spring onions and homemade kimchi
- Fried tempeh wings glazed in buffalo sauce and accompanied by maple-butter glazed cornbread
- Gado Gado salad - a Balinese dish featuring tempeh seasoned with peanut, ginger and turmeric, on layers of sweetcorn, shredded purple cabbage, bean sprouts, toasted tender stem and kale, and a tofu lime crema dressing.
- Plus tempeh pizza, a grilled quinoa burger and more
On top of that, they will also be part of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme, so you can save money Monday -Wednesday.
