Love cycling? Love eating well? If you're at the intersection of both of those on a Venn diagram, then LeBlanq would be the perfect holiday for you. Imagine world class food and the best sports icons in cycling coming together for a weekend.
The man behind this luxury cycling tour is Taste of London creator Justin Clarke and he's brought in Sean Yates (Tour de France winning Directeur Sportif) and Ashley Palmer-Watts (former-Executive Chef of the Fat Duck Group) to curate the participants.
The first tour takes place on the Isle of Wight this September, kicking off with a bloody impressive line-up with both Sir Bradley Wiggins and Raymond Blanc leading the pack. Every morning, breakfast will be made by chef Francesco Mazzei. Dinner on Saturday will be a Tour de Feast dinner by Blanc and Palmer-Watts. And the evening ends with a fireside chat and whisky tasting with Yates and Wiggins.
Prices start at £2000 for the weekend - not cheap, but then it's not a bargain break in Butlins. You can register your interest on their website.
