Over in Dalston, the folks at bakers Dusty Knuckle have had a busy old week. Three days they said goodbye to their old bread oven, installed a new one, plus they've spent this month making their own wood fired oven.
What all that means to you is the return of Dusty Knuckle's Pizza Nights. So, every Friday and Saturday evening this summer they'll be serving up their own pizzas along with dough balls, green salads, olives and carafes of wine and prosecco along with beer from 40FT Brewery next door.
On the menu will be:
- Veggie white pizza with ricotta, fior di latte, potatoes and sweet onion
- Margarita
- Nduja with their own house nduja and honey
- Vegan marinara
And if their pizzas are anywhere near as good as the bakery's legendary bread, then they'll be worth going down to try.
