A two week residency, kicking off in Spitalfields tomorrow, sounds worthy of your attention. Kitchen FM is two chefs French-born chefs Fabien Spagnolo and Max Truel. The pair both used to work at Frenchie Covent Garden and Pollen Street Social and most recently were The Corner Room and Stem. They'll be taking over the kitchens at Crispin in Spitalfields for a fortnight, serving up a series of small plates.
Dishes like Focaccia, crab, café de Paris or the rather bald-sounding Mushroom, egg will start from around £6 or - and this would be our preferred option - you can order one of everything on the menu for £27. And you can pair those with Crispin's natural and low intervention wines from around the world.
