Any London burger afficiando who knows their onions is going to be heading east this weekend to check out Rosita's Deluxe. The cult American burger pop up started in 2015 in Singapore by Jeff Claudio a chef who'd trained at Noma, worked at Per Se and then at Burnt Ends (currently No 10 on the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants List.
This weekend Jeff and the Rosita's Deluxe team are in East London at Giant Steps for Burger Culture serving up burgers with meat supplied by Nathan Mills.
We'll leave the explaining of what they're about to them:
"At our pop ups, we pay tribute to the classic American burger; using fresh beef grounded in house, cooked to order on a griddle and served with simple toppings on a squishy potato bun."
Expect some very good cheeseburgers is all we'll say.
