Top news for vegans with a sweet tooth - Byron Burgers are launching a new pop-up milkshake bar that’s 100% vegan, running for 10 days just outside Oxford Circus Tube. They’ll be churning out all manner of extra-thick milkshakes, that are dairy-free and vegan-friendly, including some everyone's favourite calorie bomb, the freakshake, with customisable toppings. And if you’re not sure what a freakshake is, get thee to Instagram at once).
You'll be able to try:
- Vegan Brownie Freakshake, £8.50 – Vegan vanilla ice cream, coconut milk, dairy-free whipped cream, chocolate sauce, Vegan Antics brownie & crumbled brownie pieces
- Vegan Brownie Milkshake, £5.25 - Vegan vanilla ice cream, coconut milk, Vegan Antics brownie pieces
- Vegan Strawberry Milkshake, £5.25 - Vegan vanilla ice cream, coconut milk, strawberries
If you’re not travelling through Oxford Circus any time soon, then you’ll also be able to sample one in their Shoreditch, Camden and Islington branches. And for those of us that are still firmly on the dairy, you’ll also be able to get the burger chain’s regular shakes, too.
