He's the man behind Zuma, COYA, La Petite Maison and The Arts Club, and now Arjun Waney (who also holds an OBE for his philanthropic work) is getting ready to add a fifth restaurant to that pretty impressive list. 

He's going Italian for the first time with his latest venture Osteria Panzano, and Tuscan in particular. A part of the reason behind that is that Waney has an estate in Tuscany and that's going to be used for some of the produce for this new opening.
