The parade of restaurants opening at Olympia is continuing with Juno. This is the latest from the Incipio Group, which is also behind a trio of rooftop restaurants there: Bar Arriba, Wolves of Tokyo, and Lillie's.

While the rooftop was a pretty big endeavour, the group are going even bigger with Juno. They're claiming it's "Britain's largest Italian restaurant", as they can fit in 265 people for dinner (and 500 in total, which we assume means quite a few of them would be "vertical drinking"). We've already had the launch of Pillar Hall at the revamped Olympia, but that was only the start of all that's happening there. With two hotels and a big entertainment venue to come, there will also be a new destination rooftop that has four distinct parts to it.

It's been a while in the making, but the big revamp of Olympia is closer to getting its grand reveal. First to open is the new Pillar Hall, from ex-D&D's Des Gunewardena and his D3 Collective and there's quite a lot to it. 

The main space is Idalia, the restaurant, and it's pretty massive, seating 300 people. It's going to be a grand all-day dining room with a "garden-inspired" design that's based on a classic country house style. Big changes are afoot at Olympia. Long known as a place for huge events in Central London (it's been around for 140 years), it's now in the process of getting a £1.3bn overhaul. As with lots of these big projects, that means there will be many new bars and restaurants to come.

The space is due to open in 2026, and in the run-up, we'll be
