Celebrating the history and longevity of Pie & Mash in London, Smith & Whistle is heading into the autumn/winter season with an exclusive new pairing menu dedicated to this British classic, coinciding with British Food Fortnight.

Best of British: Short rib, stout, root vegetables and potato in puff pastry with caramelised onion and bacon mash (with Curious IPA)
Fishing For Clues: Salmon, crayfish, smoked haddock, mussels, buttered cabbage and samphire with cauliflower cheese mash (with Sparkling Chapel Down Rose)
Roaring 20s: Stout, mutton ‘n’ kidney pudding in suet pastry with truffle mash (with Nitro Engine Stout)
Get To The Root Of It: Vegetable cobbler, seasonal root vegetables, topped with stilton and parsley dumplings and onion gravy with parsnip mash (with Ola Dhub barrel aged beer)
