Revive your Stranger Things obsession at Lucky Chip

Revive your Stranger Things obsession at Lucky Chip

If you’ve already forced your significant other/cat/everyone you know to re-watch 2016’s stand out TV show Stranger Things, and are now at loss as to how to continue your obsession, head to Lucky Chip.

The burger joint is launching a ‘Stranger Things’ menu at all three of its residencies, continuing its streak of being achingly finger-on-the-pulse while dishing up famously good burgers and fries.

On offer will be the Demigorgon burger, so named in tribute to the show’s terrifying monster from the other side, served with gorgonzola and candied bacon. Or the Up Fried Down - fried chicken fillets, American cheese and hot pepper sauce (as long as we get to enjoy it in this dimension).

And of course, no Stranger Things tribute would be complete without waffles, much-beloved food of everyone’s favourite monosyllabic heroine, Eleven. The Eggo waffle burger is served with a dry aged beef patty and given an all-American 80’s twist with the addition of peanut butter and jelly.

While it remains to be seen if Lucky Chip will be sprucing up their venues with miles of Christmas lighting and a moody synth soundtrack, this should tide us over until Season 2.

The Stranger Things menu launches at Lucky Chip from 1 October 2016 at The Old Queen’s Head, Essex Road, N1 8LN, at the Camden Assembly, 49 Chalk Farm Road, NW1 8AN and at the permanent Lucky Chip site on Ridley Road, Dalston, E8 2NP. Follow Lucky Chip on Twitter @Lucky_Chip.
