Meat lovers in Canary Wharf have reason to be of good cheer. Following on from the hugely successful Goodman City opening, the steakhouse is confirmed to be heading even further east to Canary Wharf.
Goodman's steakhouses have justifiably been lauded by critics since their launch, with the City restaurant remaining one of the top ten best rated on Hot Dinners. We were dining at the original Goodman last night (the rib-eye steaks we had were some of the best we've ever eaten) when we got news of the next opening straight from John Cadieux himself. Cadieux oversees all the Goodman's kitchens and had that day been cycling between the three branches.
The third restaurant is due to open November 7 on the South Quay Waterfront - so those in Canary Wharf will now have instant access to some of the best steaks in London, with a new takeaway service planned too. We'll add more details as soon as we get them.
