Fresh from a brunch residency at The Old Bengal bar in the City, Le Bun have their next residency lined up, this time taking over Dalston pub The Three Compasses.
There, they'll launch Le Bun Social, serving their main signature dishes, including Le Bourguignon Bun, Le Duck Frites Bun and National Burger Day one-off Le Royale With Cheese as well as Le Fried Chicken Caesar and Bruleed New York Cheesecake.
They've also a few special treats to add to the menu depending on the day of the week. First up will be "Taco Tuesdays" with hickory short rib tacos, red wine chipotle sauce and fried fish tacos, bisque butter and chipotle dust as well as QuiQuiRiQui Mezcal slushies. On Wednesdays, they'll have "Steak Frites" night serving seared hangar steaks, red wine jus, frites with Béarnaise sauce. Then, they'll also be playing "Red Wine Roulette" where you can choose either red/even or black/odd numbers, spin the wheel and win from a selection of 3 good/great/top-notch bottles of red wine (it's £20 to play).
