Much-loved restaurant Racine may not have found a new permanent spot yet, but if you're still suffering from withdrawal symptoms caused by its closure, then there's an upcoming chance to get a new fix.
Harris is popping up at Darkhorse in Stratford for one night only and that menu (paired with Darkhorse wines) includes:
- Seared Duck Hearts with Garlic Butter, Celeriac and Smoked Eel Remoulade with Fresh Horseradish (paired with a Jurancon Sec, Clos Lapeyre 2014)
- Duck Confit with Gratin Tarbais (paired with Château Le Roc Classique, Fronton 2012)
- Baked Plum Financier with Armagnac Créme Anglaise (paired with Monbazillac, Jour de Fruit, Domaine de l’Ancienne Cure 2013).
So if you need that hit of Henry Harris food - book now...
The Racine pop-up is at Darkhorse, 16 Victory Parade, London E20 1FS on 24 November. It's £29.50 for three courses (extra for the wine). To book, call 020 8534 4579 or email info@dhe20.com. For more, follow them on Instagram @drkhrse20.
