The astonishingly public spat between Gordon Ramsay and his father-in-law and former CEO Chris Hutcheson has taken an even stranger turn today with the chef issuing a public letter to Hutcheson's wife and his mother-in-law Greta.
In it, Ramsay explains that 'removing my father in law, from my business has been the hardest and most imporant decision in my entire life' as he pleads with Greta to continue her relationship with Tana and her grandchildren.
Ramsay goes on to explain that having employed a private detective to look at his father-in-law's affairs 'the situation started to unravel very quickly.' He adds that 'the air of relief at Gordon Ramsay Holdings knowing that we don't need to pretend any longer is a breath of fresh air,' and signs off by saying Hutcheson's 'role as CEO of Gordon Ramsay holdings in the end felt like he was running the business as a dictator.'
Good lord - we now await the imminent public response from Hutcheson. This is clearly going to run and run
