The former Head Chef at Peter Gordon's Kopapa, Selin Kiazim is launching a year long East London residency in Haggerston with 50% off food bills for the first weekend.
Taking over some arches by Haggerston station, Selin's dishes for the menu include brown shrimp Kaygana with preserved lemon hollandaise, çemen crumbs, chives & Pecorino and Selin’s already sought-after Medjool date butter and smoked streaky bacon toasted sandwich. The dinner menu will feature sharing plates such as spicy red lentil köftes and pomegranate-glazed crispy lamb breast with yoghurt.
