The three day art event Art16 in Olympia this month (which gathers together galleries from around the world) has a pretty special restaurant lined up. They'll be putting on a menu featuring the best of not one, but three Corbin and King restaurants - The Colony Grill, The Wolseley and The Delaunay
The menus will include:
- The Colony Grill (19 and 20 May) will feature Sea Trout with Samphire, Jersey Royals and Beurre Blanc, and Minted Pea and Bavarian Blue Risotto.
- The Wolseley (21 May) includes Chopped Liver with Pickled Cucumber, Smoked Haddock Monte Carlo and The Wolseley Fruit Crumble.
- The Delaunay (22 May) features Traditional Pierogies with Paprika Butter, Guinea Fowl Paprikash and Cherry Scheiterhaufen.
There will also be afternoon tea on Saturday and Sunday. The Wolseley will have Fruit Scones with Strawberry Jam and Clotted Cream while the Delaunay will have Poppy Seed Gugelhupf with Apricot Jam and Whipped Cream.
As for the restaurant space itself, that's being designed for the show by Stiff + Trevillion, who were also behind Chucs, Hill & Szrok and Hixter.
