The Ledbury and Rasoi make the Top 10 in this year's Sunday Times Restaurant List

The annual Sunday Times 100 Top Restaurants is out today and, from a London perspective, the news is that it's the first list where fewer than half (47) are London establishments. The list, drawn up in partnership with Hardens, is an interesting one - The Ledbury is London's highest entry at 4 while the only other London restaurant to merit a top 10 place is Rasoi in Chelsea.

Tom Sellers to open The Lickfold Inn in Sussex

His Bermondsey restaurant Story made headlines when it won its first Michelin star just five months after opening. And now chef Tom Sellers is hoping to take that excitement out to the country with the opening of his first pub.

Sellers has taken over The Lickfold Inn, near Petworth, in West Sussex, and will reopen it at the end of November 2014.

British game dinner at Lyles attracts foreign talent

Russian restaurant chain Bocconchino to open on Mayfair's Berkeley Street

Mayfair's about to get a swanky new pizzeria, courtesy of Russian restaurateur Mikhail Gokhner. Bocconcino Pizzeria will open at 19 Berkeley Street next month, serving wood-fired pizzas and freshly made pasta dishes.
