Nanna's cafe and pantry to open on St Paul's Road, Islington

The food revolution of St Paul's Road in Islington continues and as we're locals to the area, we're very happy for it to carry on. Holborn gets a Japanese-Italian fusion restaurant with Beiriso

Londoners might remember the ill-fated Shumi in St James which tried to introduce us to the joys of an Italian-Japanese fusion cuisine but only lasted 18 months, helped towards its demise by a slew of bad reviews. Almost a decade later, another restaurateur is attempting the same fusion cusine with Beiriso which is about to open in Holborn.

Oka fusion restaurant coming to the first floor at Kingly Court

A year after they opened their first restaurant in Primrose Hill, Oka are expanding with a second one further into town. Billed as serving "seasonal traditional Asian food with a modern twist" Oka will be up on the first floor of Carnaby’s Kingly Court.
