For the next two weeks London is the hub of all things wine-related - as London Wine Week has kicked off, followed afterwards by English Wine Week. McQueen's floral masterclass and Rothschild wine dinner

Wine Week wristband wearers get a great deal at Foxlow in Clerkenwell where they can enjoy a Rib Eye (275g) + fries paired with a glass of Hawksmoor's own blend Gigondas for only £28.
US Revolution tasting with Honest Grapes

Honest Grapes are showcasing some of the best and most sought-after wines currently available in the States for £30. This bar and restaurant is owned by English wine producer Hush Heath and for English Wine Week their Head Chef has paired wines with five courses of canapés including Crab with Avocado Salad En Croute Crab Beigne and Mango Salsa, served with Balfour Brut Rosé 2011 on arrival.

English sparkler menu at Boyds
Where? Boyds Grill & Wine Bar, 8 Northumberland Ave, London WC2N 5BY
When? 31 May
This Northumberland Avenue bar has put together a sparkling tasting menu for £55, created by chef Nate Brewster, complemented by some of the greatest English wines. The four-course menu is paired with wines chosen by their General Manager Fabien Babanini, the General Manager of Boyds Grill & Wine Bar, who welcomes the opportunity to share his exploration.
Enfield vineyard tours

Did you know that London had its own vineyard? Run and managed by local people, Forty Hall Vineyard is the first commercial-scale vineyard in London since the middle ages, producing and selling still and sparkling wine. They'll be open to the public and running a free wine tasting and vineyard tours.
