Seven Dials Market already has quite a few restaurants and stalls to choose from but now it's about to get something brand new - a sushi bar.
Sukoshi Sushi is setting up shop on the Cucumber Alley section of the market and as well as having sushi you can take away, there will be a proper sit-down sushi bar here too, with room for 12.
Sukoshi Sushi itself is a family business that comes from Chef Andrew Le and his father who have been in the sushi-making business for over 20 years. Here, they'll be serving up a menu that features classic sushi and maki rolls, and nigiri alongside their bigger rolls which include:
- Crunch salmon - blanched asparagus and salmon filling, covered in tempura flakes layered with seared salmon and topped off with a soy based mix
- Prawn Tempura - Lightly battered prawn, creamy avocado with sweet mayo topped with a choice of Salmon or Tuna
As Andrew explains, "Opening a sushi bar in Seven Dials Market is a dream come true for us. It's the result of hard work, dedication, and a genuine love for crafting delectable sushi." Sounds like a good addition to Seven Dials for us and a very handy pit stop if you're in the Covent Garden area.
