Milan's Langosteria seafood restaurant is the latest to join The OWO

roomHow Langosteria looks in Milan

The OWO is really going to be a big new opening. AKA The Old War Office, the building is headed up by a Raffles hotel but it's also adding nine new restaurants and three bars to the London scene. They're quite the bunch too, including Mirazur's Mauro ColagrecoMilan restaurant Paper Moon, the Parisian Café Lapérouse and Endo Kazutoshi's rooftop restaurant

Next to join them is another Milan restaurant, Langosteria, which is being described as a "fashion-world haunt" in its original location. The restaurant has previously expanded to Paris and St Moritz and it's described as a "fine dining restaurant with Italian roots". Looking at the Milan menu, that means dishes like:

  • Black grouper tagliata
  • John Dory and borage tempura
  • Blue lobster “alla catalana”

The menu's really all about seafood, so we're going to assume we'll see the same on the London menu but with an emphasis on local produce and catches. We'll have more about the menu closer to the opening date.
