A few months ago we told you about The Parlour, the new jazz and cabaret bar at The Ned. Well, things just got a little more exciting with the news that Tom Sellers, chef from the two Michelin-starred Restaurant Story in SE1, will host a residency there for the month of October.
Tom’s tasting menu comprises five courses as well as snacks. Here’s a sample of what you’ll get:
- Lobster cocktail with horseradish, leek and apple
- Aged Hereford sirloin with potato, onion, braised cheek tart and truffle
- Peach custard tart with lavender ice cream
There are also vegetarian options as well as a wine-pairing offering.
Oh, and when we say Tom’s there for the month of October, it’s actually only eight nights (details below), so better get booking before all the dates are snapped up.
