If you've been wondering what's going in the uber-modern lattice building just off the Minories in the City, let us enlighten you.
It's going to be the first of a new brand of Hilton hotels, but the thing you're going to be really interested in is its rooftop restaurant and bar, Florattica. With inside and outside seating it'll serve up weekday breakfast, a weekend tapas brunch and a general small plates menu. And as it has a large terrace, it will have quite the view.
They're also touting private VIP booth seating you can book in advance if you want to make that rooftop experience a bit more bouji.
Other food and drink spots in the hotel will include Freedom Café on the ground floor serving all day from craft coffee in the morning to cocktails in the evening. There's a restaurant, Penny Squares, which they say will serve "East End inspired dishes".
