It was the first place we booked when London came out of the original lockdown, and now - just as we approach the end of the current one, Islington gastropub The Drapers Arms have launched a delivery service.
They're offering a range of click and collect as well as delivery options from today. If you live near the pub in Barnsbury, they'll be selling sausage rolls, scotch eggs, spring rolls and fish and chips to take away.
If you're further afield, then there are a range of finish-at-home meals you can get delivered. Starting with set menus, you can choose from a roast chicken dinner or lamb shoulder roast, both of which come with roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, braised red cabbage, carrots & gravy. Or there's a three-course lamb shoulder dinner which also includes rillettes to start and a baked chocolate mousse for dessert.
There are currently also two hearty mains on offer - an aubergine parmigiana and - topical this for British Pie Week - a beef pie with suet crust.
It all sounds very do-able - and if you've been missing your local, then you should give them a go.
