With so many great pizza companies now doing business in London, how do you stand out from the crowd?
Old Street restaurant Passo has an ace up its sleeve - their longstanding relationship with Michelin-starred LA chef Nancy Silverton. They first worked with her two years ago for a residency. Now they're drawing on the Netflix Chef's Table star's skills for their delivery menu.
PASSO to go will be a DIY pizza kit that's available nationwide. The one-off pizza special with Nancy will be a Sourdough Pizza with Panna, Mozzarella, Fennel Sausage, Spring Onion & Red Onion.
It arrives in dough form to your door, with instructions on cooking it either in the oven or frying pan and definitely sounds worth a try.
