Hoshi street food finds a permanent home in Spitalfields

Hoshi street food finds a permanent home in Spitalfields

You may have come across Hoshi before. They've been popping up at Kerb and a number of markets across town, serving up what they dub 'Asian-inspired' street food. Now, as lockdown restrictions are slowly lifted, they're getting ready to open a permanent place in Spitalfields.

The permanent restaurant is billed as fresh fast food and is primarily a takeaway spot. The menu is mainly a create-your-own affair. Start with a base of rice, salad, noodles or a wrap, then add chicken katsu, tomo chicken, tofu or duck - then finally salads and sauces. Or, try their chicken katsu stack burger.

They'll still be popping up at markets, but look for the permanent site opening around mid-July.
