As the weather takes a turn for the better again (looks out the window - not yet) this new mash-up at Selfridges may be just the thing. Popping up at the Snowflake gelato shop for a few weeks is a mash-up between Blondies Kitchen and Snowflake Gelato - an ice cream and cookie pop-up.
On offer is:
- Cereal Milk Cookie Sandwich - cereal milk gelato (either Frosties or Coco-Pops) sandwiched between two freshly-baked cookies (milk, dark or white), £4.50.
- Cookies & Cereal Milk Soft Serve - Waffle basket filled with cereal milk soft serve and topped with mini cookies, cookie cereal and cookie dough, £5.50.
It's first thing in the morning as we write this and we'd honestly eat both of those right now. Get down to Selfridges while it's running if you're thinking the same.
