2018 is continuing its streak of being the year of vegan junk food with the arrival of KERB stalwart Oh My Dog's brand new vegan hot dog range.
It’ll form part of hot dog vendor’s newly extended menu, rolled out as part of its latest residency in Peckham's Old Nun’s Head. Oh My Dog will be dishing out their dogs every Thursday and Friday in the Peckham boozer, with an extended menu that features several vegan twists on hot dogs, made with smoked seitan and toppings like vegan cheese, braised bourbon jackfruit chilli and diced jalapenos, served in a baked demi-brioche bun.
Also on the menu will be:
- Chilli Steak Dog with braised bourbon chilli-steak, melted cheddar, steamed onions, diced jalapeños, sour cream and American mustard
- Deputy Dog with nine-hour North Carolina-style pulled pork, melted cheddar and OMD! barbecue sauce
If you fancy trying one, but you’re not down south then you’ll still be able to find Oh My Dog at their usual KERB pitch all week long in Camden Lock Place, and their shipping container on the Riverside Southbank (until October 2018).
When: Thursdays and Fridays, 15 Feb - 16 March
Where: The Old Nun’s Head, 15 Nunhead Green, London SE15 3QQ
