Fans of Masterchef: The Professionals better sort out a booking pronto to judge Monica Galetti's latest London pop-up. She'll be putting on a special menu at Searcys The Gherkin in the New Year. For a series of dates between January and February Monica's set lunch and dinner menu will be on offer - which means the normally private members club on floors 39 and 40 will be opening to the public.
The restaurant's Head Chef Renee Miller, pictured above with Galetti, will oversee the menu day-to-day. We're told to expect seasonal wintry dishes like black curry scallops to start, main dishes such as short rib of beef and pumpkin tart, and puddings such as Guinness and Ginger Float.
Monica's menu will run on certain dates from Friday 8th January 2016 to Friday 12th February 2016 at The Gherkin 30 St Mary Axe, London EC3A 8EP.
