The burger mixes unpasteurised Ermesenda cheese [imported from Catalonia], deep-fried panko coated rice morcilla with blended Mojo picon sauce, all topped with Russian dressing and house pickles - and the MEATliquor beef patty.
It's by MEATliquor's Yianni Papoutsis and Barrafina’s Head Chef, Nieves Barragan Mohacho, costs £10.50 with £1 going to Action Against Hunger. Its available from now until 1 December.
