    A two week residency, kicking off in Spitalfields tomorrow, sounds worthy of your attention. Kitchen FM is two chefs French-born chefs Fabien Spagnolo and Max Truel. The pair both used to work at Frenchie Covent Garden and Pollen Street Social and most recently were The Corner Room and Stem. They'll be taking over the kitchens at Crispin in Spitalfields for a fortnight, serving up a series of small plates.
